This was the second service branch that we designed and constructed for Minnequa Works Credit Union. They have efficiently utilized a lower square feet of retail space to provide presence in new areas for expanding their membership. Timing was a key factor during the construction phase of this project as the location is leased. The build-out was turned around in only a couple months so that our client could maximize on their rented location.

A modern designed teller pod was incorporated with hidden equipment to provide increased efficiency.  Upon entering the branch, prominent messaging can be seen rotating on the digital screen, which the client uses to engage with its members, promote community events and provide information on their services. Semi-private hoteling desks were custom designed to maximize the space while also providing retail opportunities for this location. Other features include a technology counter where members can view their accounts, check balances or make transactions, as well as a through-wall ATM so members can still make transactions outside of the branches business hours.
